Types of shipping methods
We use two shipping methods- express shipment and standard shipment.
With the express shipping method, you can receive the product within 7 to 12 working days.
The standard shipping method will take around 10 to 18 days to arrive at the destination.
We provide free express shipping for all our customers.
People living in the U.K., USA, Australia, Canada and Europe can receive the product within 7 to 12 days working days. For other countries, the turnaround time is 15 to 12 working days.
Once you place an order, we will send you an order tracking code within 24 to 72 hours. If your product is shipped via express shipment or registered airmail, then you may not be able to track the order until it reaches your destination country.
We offer reshipment in cases where customers receive a damaged parcel or when the package does not leave the customer for over two weeks. In such cases, you can either ask for a refund or reshipment as required.

How long do you usually take to ship an order?
Once verified, we dispatch the product within 24 hours. Plus, we also sent you the order tracking code in your provided email). Generally, it will take around 5 to 7 working days.
Do you charge extra for express shipping in UK?
We provide free express shipping to all countries, including UK.
Is there is minimum purchase requirement for free delivery?
Any order more than $150 are eligible for free shipping.
How to check my order status?
You can click on the ‘order tracking’ link we have sent your email. When you click on the link, it will redirect you to a different page. However, you will only be able to see the order status once it reaches your destination country. As long your parcel does not arrive in your country, you will receive the message “tracking details not found” or “pre-shipment”.
We recommend you wait for at least 3 to 5 working days after receiving the confirmation mail to check the status.
What to do if I receive the wrong product?
Kindly contact our customer service team, and we will arrange a free reshipment for the same.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Kindly fill in your correct shipping address for receiving your order at your doorstep.
What is the customs clearance process?
Every product shipped from one country to another must go through the customs clearance process, which will usually take around 1 to 2 working days. However, delays might happen due to specific reasons, which could affect your delivery date.
We try our best to take all necessary measures to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible. Therefore, we split bulk orders into small packages and ship them in batches within 3 to 5 working days to minimize custom issues.
Which countries do you ship to?
Our shipment is open to the United Kingdom, The United States, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore.
We also ship to European countries. We have warehouses spread across Europe, which allow us to ship packages without any VAT charges.
We do not ship to countries such as China, Brazil, Armenia, Algeria, Indonesia, Israel, New Zealand, The United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Jordan, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, and Pakistan.
We take it as our extreme responsibility to deliver orders to our customers with utmost care. However, due to unfortunate events, delay, misplacement or damages may happen. In such situations, customers can request a refund.
Eligibility for the Refund Process
Below are the conditions under which one can request a refund:
Shipment delayed by 30 days. Note: We might extend the delay period to 90 days under unusual circumstances, especially if the destination country faces shipment issues due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Medicines received are past their expiry date.
Medicines received are damaged.
Refund or Reshipment Process
When opting for a refund for a delayed shipment, we request our customers to check their order status before doing the same.
We also request our customers to contact our customer team. We will track down your order and revert to you. In case we cannot, we will reship it to your address with no shipment charges.
Please mention your order number while writing to us to make the reshipment process easier for both of us.
If you receive a damaged parcel or expired medicines, kindly approach our customer care with valid images as proof.
If you opt for a refund, our team will assess the situation thoroughly before initiating the refund process. Once approved, you will receive the amount credit in your bank account within 14 working days.
You are not eligible for a refund, if:
- You have submitted a wrong address
- You were not physically present while receiving the order
However, we can offer you a free reshipment in the above conditions.
Do I have for reshipment in UK?
You do not have to pay extra charges for reshipment in UK or anywhere in the world.
What shall I do if I never receive my order?
You must contact our support team, and we will track down your order and revert to you. If we cannot, then we will reship the order for free.
We request you to wait for our minimum turnaround time before contacting us.
If your tracking link says “shipment not found” or “pre-shipment”, that means your order has not yet reached the destination country. Kindly wait for 3 to 5 working days and check again.
Note: Covid-19 pandemic has affected many countries in terms of shipment. In such cases, you may experience a delay of 45 days.
What shall I do if I receive incomplete order?
To ensure a hassle-free shipment, we divide bulk orders into small packages. If a few items are missing, then you should probably wait a couple of days.
You could request a refund or reshipment if the product/s did not reach you within 30 days of order. Please get in touch with our customer support team for further assistance.
